How to get to the campsite in Gironde
Nestled in the green jewel of the Gironde near Montalivet, our Le Tastesoule campsite is just a few minutes from the beaches of the Côte d’Argent. Lovers of the great outdoors will be delighted at our campsite, where comfort rhymes with proximity!
Just ten minutes from the breaking waves, our campsite near the beaches of the Côte d’Argent is the ideal place for a sunny, relaxing vacation.
By road from the north
- Take the A10 freeway to Saintes.
- Take the N105 towards Royan to catch the ferry across the Gironde to Le Verdon.
- Le Verdon-Royan ferry timetable and fares
- At Le Verdon, follow the D1215 towards Lesparre, continue for about 11km to the D101e3 and turn right towards Grayan and L’Hôpital.
- Enter Grayan, at the traffic circle take the 2nd exit onto the D101 (rue des Bernaches) towards Vendays-Montalivet.
- Enter L’Hôpital, at the traffic circle take the 2nd exit D101E6 towards Vendays-Montalivet.
- Follow the Vendays road (D101E6) for about 1.5 km.
- Turn left, route des Grigots.
- Le Tastesoule campsite is on the right.
By road from the south
- Take the ring road.
- Take exit N°8 Le Verdon/Lacanau/Le Taillan-Médoc.
- Follow the D1215 towards Lesparre-Médoc.
- Continue on the D1215 departmental road through Castelnau-de-Médoc, Saint-Laurent de Médoc then Lesparre-Médoc.
- Drive through Lesparre Médoc, still following the D1215 towards Soulac-sur-Mer/Le Verdon.
- At the D102, turn left towards Vendays-Montalivet.
- At the traffic circle, take the first exit towards Montalivet.
- At the traffic lights, turn right onto the D101 towards Soulac-sur-Mer.
- Follow the D101 through Mayan for about 2.5 km.
- Turn right on route des Grigots (after the “déchetterie Vensac” intersection).
- Le Tastesoule campsite is on the right.
